Why workout with me: Biggest difference is that people get results. Most of my clients went to the gym or had their home gym, but having an expert guide you, hold you accountable, and create workouts that are not only challenging but also tailored to your level each day makes the difference.

Benefits of private training:
We can focus on the spedific goals, challenges as well as types of workouts that you are looking for. Working on your stretching, stretching before going to sleep for a better nights rest. Post injury or surgery training. Improving on strength or other specific goals.

What do you get with the session:  Motivation, correction of form, tailored workout to your abilities, injuries, goals, and fitness level, most efficient way of training, accountability by a man who truly cares about you reaching your goals.

Why do this type of training: The training is desinged based on science of movement in regard to how people age.  With focus on maintaining good balance, mobility, joint stability, coordination, timing, muscle balance, cardio, and strength to help people address all the issues that come with aging.  These are all the aspects that people lose and we are able to help you regain, make gains, and maintain a high level of functionality.
What else can you get from this training? This training will also help you destress, lift your spirits, boost confidence, help deal with depression, anxiety, and leave you feeling happy.
The Keys to your success are: Everything is built upon your mindset. Those who think and feel they have to workout typically don't last long. Those who think and feel they get to workout typically last a lifetime. With healthy mindset full commitment to consistency in training is possible. Following a healthy lifestyle, effort, attitude, intensity in your training, listening to instructions, maintaining a students mindset that is open to growth and proper recovery will enhance your every class.
Most people find: they are sleeping better, their aches and pains go away, they feel stronger and more resilient mentally, their day to day task are easier, they feel more drive, they feel happier, they feel relaxed, and an over all feeling of accomplishment and pride.

Price: Price is mostly based on the expertise I bring more than on the time we spend. I always seek to make every minute count, keep the training safe, and keep you going in your growth zone.

Bio:
The price is based on my expertise, on what I learned from 7 years of MMA training and teaching, Navy SEAL leadership program, multiple seminars, certifications, personal research into what drives human health and movement, scientific studies on how humans age and what needs to be done to optimize that process and create enduring functionality and health in people.

Even though it is not required but it is most highly recommended you follow my recovery protocol, because recovery is equally as important as training, your training will always rise to the level of your recovery.   Recovery includes, ample and good quality sleep to help your body heal, and recharge for the next day, drinking water, (structured water is best) getting your minerals, a plant based diet, grounding while you sleep, avoiding alcohol, sugar, processed foods, snacks, stretching.

What do I do for my own health:
I believe and subscribe to the Holistic idea that our body is a miracle and capable of incredible self healing, all we need to do is provide it with the environment and resources to do so.
I am happy to share with you and give you guidance on what I do based on the research and what the leaders in the industry are doing. From daily habits like sleep, stress, to nutrition, supplements, and more. My key to healthy life style has been taking charge of my house environment and creating a nurturing healing home that includes air, water, emf, light, sound, grounding and more harmonization and filtration. I have spent years and countless hour researching the topics, and sifting through products because as with alll things in life 95% of what is promoted out there and sold is either total garbage, barely works or pure scam. We can talk during your session or you can book a session specifically for such conversations.

No organism can be healthy and thriving in an unhealthy environment, and that is the step one, that will determine the effectiveness of everything else you do down the stream. Exercise is a great piece of the puzzle, but you need the other pieces to create and embody health. How I see it, if health can be written down as an equation, the environment is the paper on which the equation is written on, and the scope, size and quality of that paper makes a massive impact on evryting on it. Also that equation is as unique as you are because we all have different weak spots and strengths and it is for us to discover what they are through testing and also self reflection. I can not overstate the importance of attitude. Attitude is everything, it will make you or break you, it for sure will determine your altitude in life. The great thing about attitude is that it is 100% your responsibility and 100% under your control. You can always improve your attitude, and the more you build it and enhance the more positive impact it has across your entire life, not just health. And on that note, it is fit to address that life and health are inseparable, the more health one has the more vibrant, robust and lasting their life is, the more life one feels surging through them the more they want to engage in activities, that honor, respect and express love towards ones body, spirit and their environment.

Needless to say, to me, exercise offers a path that leads to so much more than a good looking body, it can lead to healing, harmonizing, and optimizing, the body, the mind, the spirit and environment ultimately leading a person to the deep thruth that non of those I just described are separate but rather one whole.  That wholeness is complete in itself and we have the unique ability and the great honor to see the illusion of parts, disguised as misfortune to be caught up in a culture of beliefs and values that seemingly is designed to keep you and others from seeing the truth of the grandeur of life. Yet though struggle we grow and so all the struggles of life, personally and globally is designed with the mind to help you and the human race to evolve to ever higher state of being.

Testimonials

Just finished the 8am HWT strength workout and every part of my body is spent. In addition to it being a complete body workout, Rob’s energy and guidance is a gift during these uncertain times. Highly recommend this virtual workout!!! Lesley K
I lost 18 pounds in 3 months with HWT. I had to do the work myself of course, but the support, encouragement, environment, exercises, routine and fun of Rob’s classes was and continues to be.... life changing.

I've been working out with Rob for 3 years now. I'm so grateful to have found him. With his help, I have been able to transform my body. I have less pain, more overall mobility, feel strong and cconfident in my body. He is truly gifted, meeting me wherever my body is that day. He is knowledgeable, creative, and unique. I cannot recommend Rob enough.

The classic opening slogan for my favorite childhood show, The Six Million Dollar Man, “We can make him Better than he was before…Better…, Stronger…, Faster”, aptly applies to my experience with Rob.

February 2022, I broke my ankle in 3 places (trimalleolar fracture requiring surgery with multiple titanium plates).  I was devastated being an active 58 year hiker and swimmer.  At the beginning I was told I would have to be non-weight bearing for 6 weeks. Then I would need to spend 3 months learning how to walk again and it would be a year before I could fully hike again if things went well, but likely with limitations on range of motion, discomfort and loss of some proprioception (a type of coordination.)

My wife, who had actively worked out with Rob, contacted him while I was hospitalized and witnessing my mental distress beating up pillows in the hospital made a plan.  First, while in a cast and non-weight bearing for 6 weeks, Rob and I started virtually training other parts of my body to keep me sane.  When we received permission from the surgeon and physical therapist, we progressed relentlessly with the ankle exercises and continued to work on the entire body.

Now I have used very good personal trainers in the past for many years, but I immediately noted that Rob was a different.  He had a deeper intuitive sense of physiology and his personalized creative varied and unique exercises kept me entertained while making me stronger, more flexible, coordinated and aerobically fit.

My surgeon and physical therapist said have said I am in the tiniest percentile with such a complete recovery.  Let’s skip ahead to 2023. I just got back from one of the most exciting trips of my life which I have been dreaming  about doing for years.  It was a 10 day trek to a basecamp to see the tallest mountains in the world in the Himalayas of Nepal.  It was amazing. I do not believe I would have been able to reach these new heights if it wasn’t for Rob.

While the ankle trauma is now history, I continue to work out with him regularly since we plan on keeping me better, stronger and faster than I was before.
