Everything in nature is in a state of flow, Things that do not flow crumble and those which are in a state of flow, keep flowing. Same is with your body, it is in a constant state of flow, transitions at the smallest scales, when that flow slows of is stopped, problems arise. The most fundamental key to health and life is to let it flow.
Instructions: Do what you can, we get it, today you may have some extra time to do all 5 min and today may be that day that you barely manage to get in a single minute per hour. Point is do your best and flow onwards. All any of us can ever do is simply our best with the moment we are given.
